You are going to be amazed at how simple it is to create this dish, especially if you are unfamiliar with preparing meals using a sheet pan. After you are through, you will find that cleaning up is really simple due to the fact that you only need one pan and one little dish.

Why I love this recipe, and why I think you will too:

  • It takes little time and effort to put together.
  • The cleanup is a breeze!
  • Use any veggies and even protein you have on hand to make it your own.
  • You can cook the entire dinner on a single sheet pan.

How to Make Sheet Pan Steak with Veggies

The first step is to preheat the oven to 400 ℉ and prepare the vegetables. For this, I halved the potatoes and sliced the remaining vegetables into small, bite-sized pieces. Simply for the sake of display here on the post, I put them in bowls (above image). However, you may certainly put them immediately on the sheet pan in order to save the additional dishes and make the process of cleaning up a breeze.

Next, drizzle olive oil, and season with Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to your taste. stir until all is well coated.

Then, place in the preheated oven and cook for about 10 minutes. I like to start the cooking process on the veggies first as I like my steak medium well.

In the meantime, season the steak with salt and pepper. Allow the steak to cool to room temperature while you prepare the compound butter.
