The-Best-Chicken-Breast Recipe

The Best One-Pan Chicken Breast Recipe

This recipe is one of my favorites. It’s easy to make, quick, and a whole complete meal in just one pan. It can’t get better than that. The chicken breast is marinated and cooked in a garlic-cilantro combination that makes the chicken flavorful and delicious. This chicken is a simple and delicious dinner idea. The chicken came out juicy and tender, and the potatoes..so tasty.

Ingredients

  • 2 large Chicken Breast (boneless- skinless)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oil (I use avocado oil)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • a pinch a pinch of cumin (optional)

Instructions

  • The first step is to make the marinade: This marinade is made with a combination of 4 garlic cloves (minced), 2 tablespoons of lime juice (about 2 limes), 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 teaspoon avocado oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon chili powder, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, and a pinch of cumin (optional). Mix all these ingredients in a small container, whisk until all well combined.
  • Place the chicken in a storage bag or airtight container and add the marinade. Place it in the fridge and marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to get the full flavor experience.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 F . Place the chicken breast on a baking sheet or pan, add the vegetables. Add 1/3 cup of white wine or chicken stock.
  • Bake in the oven for 40 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F degrees. Use a meat thermometer, or you can pierce the chicken with a knife; if the chicken’s juices run clear, it means it needs more cooking time. After the meat is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before serving it.
