This spaghetti with fire roasted crushed tomato sauce is packed with flavor and the perfect option for a quick meal. In less than 30 minutes you will have this perfect recipe, especially for busy days.
In a large pot boil enough water to cook spaghetti. For this recipe, I used gluten-free organic spaghetti but regular spaghetti works as well.
While the pasta is cooking, place a large skillet on the stove over medium-high heat and add some oil. Proceed to add the mushroom, onions, tomatoes and stir for about 1 minute.
Next, add salt, pepper, dry oregano and parsley. Then, add marinara sauce and crushed tomatoes and some of the water of the boiling spaghetti( about a ⅓ cup).
Let the sauce cook for about 5 minutes and proceed to add pasta (make sure to drain it first).
Cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes and Enjoy!
Notes
Just have fun with it, use as many varieties of vegetables as you like and please share with me those creations, there might be one I have not tried it yet :)
