Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk ricotta
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 4 ounces smoked salmon chopped
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the ricotta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until smooth and creamy, or you can use a food processor to combine.
  • Then, spread the whipped cheese onto a serving platter. Top with smoked salmon, red onion, capers, lemon zest, everything bagel seasoning, and fresh dill.
