Chipotle Chicken Breast Recipe

These juicy and flavorful chicken breasts are perfect with a salad, over pasta or to pair with my delicious Rice and beans. In this post, I decided to pair it with a fresh homemade pineapple salsa making it a light and healthy choice.

Ingredients you’ll need:

  • 2 large Chicken Breast (Cut in thin pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon Avocado oil or any other of your preference
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of my Sofrito with chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (link on post)


How to make this Chipotle Chicken Breast Recipe:

  • The first step is to season the chicken breast using one or two tablespoons of sofrito and let it marinate for a few minutes.
  • Then, in a nonstick pan over medium-high heat place oil. When the oil is hot, place the chicken breast leaving space between them.
  • Cook each side for about 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from the stove and let the chicken breast rest before serving.
