How to make this Juicy Chicken Breast:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Season the chicken breast with all the spices. Drizzle it with soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Place the chicken breast on a baking pan and cover it with foil paper. Put in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes depending on its size.
Carefully remove the foil paper and increase the oven temperature to broil. Let it cook for 2 to 5 minutes or until the chicken gets a golden color. Move the chicken breast around to coat it with all the juices.
Remove from the oven, place the chicken on a cutting board and let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes. Do not get rid of the baking pan yet.
While the chicken is resting Let’s prepare the sauce.
For this, you’ll need all of those bits of flavor on the baking pan. Place the baking pan on the stove over medium-low heat and add some butter and half of the lemon. Let it reduce for about 2 to 4 minutes. (The sauce will get thick and dark in color).
Slice the chicken and place it on your serving platter and then drizzle the chicken with the sauce.
