I like my Sofrito finely chopped

How to Freeze and Store Homemade Sofrito:

  • I use an ice tray to freeze them in little cubes and store it in a ziplock bag.
  • These cubes can last in the freezer for up toa year if not more:) and they will always taste as fresh as the first day it was made.
  • Make sure to stir the sofrito that is stored in the fridge before every use for the best results.
