Holiday Spiral Ham With Raspberry- Mustard Glaze

Easter is just a few days away and I couldn't resist sharing one of the most classic holiday dishes, Ham. This ham is a definite crowd pleaser!

  • 10 1/2 pounds Ham Spiral Cut bone-in
  • 1 cup Raspberry Preserves organic
  • ½ cup Dijon Mustard


  • Place the bone-in spiral ham facing down on the baking pan. Proceed to roast the ham in the oven for about 2 hours at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the raspberry preserve and mustard. Then, set aside.
  •  After the two hours of roasting the ham, take it out of the oven. With a brush, apply the glaze on to the ham. Using a spoon, carefully hold up the slices of ham and brush glaze in between each individual slice of the spiral ham.
  •  Brush the glaze on the outer portion of the ham.
  • Place back in the oven for about 30 minutes at a 450-degree temperature.
  • After the 30 minutes, make sure to let the ham rest before serving.


You can make an extra batch of Raspberry-Mustard Glaze for your guests to apply. The raspberry glazed its amazing!
