  • 2 pounds chicken tenders
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4  teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup mushrooms diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions diced
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar


  • Combine all the spices and season the meat with the mixture 
  • slice the mushrooms and green onions and set aside
  • In a large skillet over high heat place one teaspoon of vegetable oil and cook each side of the meat for about two minutes or until a golden brown and add the butter
  • Add the lemon juice and reduce heat to low
  • add the mushrooms, green onions, and proceed to add the balsamic vinegar
  • add a teaspoon of honey and keep cooking for a few more minutes
  • And it's all done! Serve with your favorite side dish
