Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and garlic. I like to use my mortar and pestle to combine these ingredients. Next, add the juice of half of a lemon.
Next, add the oil to a nonstick pan on medium-high heat, and add the chicken breast to the skillet.
Cook the chicken breast for about 3 to 5 minutes each side or until a golden brown color is obtained. Add the unsalted butter and some lemon juice and cook 2 minutes and remove from the stove. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with your favorite salad, some grains or with some sweet fried plantains
