Ingredients

  • 4 Pork chops bone-in
  • Salt and pepper to your taste. I use 1 teaspoon of each.
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  • The first step is to pat dry the chops and drizzle with oil on both sides.
  • To add flavor, sprinkle salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides. Ensure that both sides are seasoned well.
  • Put the pork chops in a baking dish and add minced garlic and unsalted butter. Pour in white wine, or if you prefer, substitute with vegetable stock or water.
  • Bake everything in the oven at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. For a nice golden brown color, broil the chops for the last two minutes.
