Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk as needed
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, plain Greek yogurt, and powdered sugar.
  • Add the fresh lemon juice and zest and mix until the glaze reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Add the milk if necessary to adjust the thickness or thinness of the glaze. You can also adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more powdered sugar or lemon juice, respectively.
  • Once your glaze has reached the desired taste and consistency, allow the glaze to set for a few minutes before serving.
  • Drizzle it over your baked goods, such as cakes, cupcakes, or pastries.Enjoy the tangy and creamy burst of flavor!
