To make this recipe, we start by seasoning the meat. For this, I combine garlic, salt, and pepper into my mortar and pestle to create a garlic paste that will infuse flavor into the pork chops.
Then, I seasoned the chops using the garlic combination, spreading the mixture evenly on both sides of the pork chops.
Next, toss the pork chops into your slow cooker, add the BBQ sauce, apricot preserve, then add Worcestershire sauce and cover the pot.
Set your slow cooker to 4 to 6 hours, depending on the thickness of your pork chops. Mine are pretty thick, so 6 hours are perfect for me.
After the cooking time has passed, the pork chops are so juicy. Take some of the natural juices these pork chops have released to make the sauce. Place it into a small saucepan and reduce until a thick consistency.
This BBQ sauce is delicious. Drizzle over the chops and Enjoy! Let me know when you make these chops; I'll be happy to hear from you.
