Season the chicken tenderloins with garlic, salt, and black pepper and set aside.
On a plate, combine the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Place the chicken tenderloins two at a time (depending on side of the plate) and coat them with the mixture.
Next, on a nonstick pan start heating oil over medium-high heat (make sure the oil is really hot)
Place the pieces in the pan and fry them for about 4 minutes each side or until the golden brown.
Place the fried pieces of chicken tenderloins on a paper towel to get rid of excess oil (about 2 minutes).
To avoid messy fingers, Insert a kabob stick inside the chicken tenderloins and coat them with the homemade Buffalo-style sauce (instructions down below) and serve!.
