During this season, we see pumpkins everywhere. Whether it’s in a supermarket or on every porch in our neighborhoods, It only seemed appropriate to make a pumpkin-inspired recipe. A couple of weeks ago I shared one of my favorite desserts Corn Pudding ( Majarete). This simple pumpkin pudding incorporates some of my favorite flavors of the season. Just imagine serving this delicious pudding on your dinner table. This delightful dessert is perfect for the upcoming celebrations.
This pudding is not only quick but it also doesn’t require any fancy equipment or cook time.

This pumpkin pudding is ready in just 5 to 10 minutes (Excluding the 30 minutes refrigeration time).
This is what you’ll need to make pumpkin pudding:
- Whole milk
- Instant vanilla pudding
- Pumpkin puree
- Brown sugar
- Pumpkin spice
- Vanilla extract
How to make this Pudding:
Step #1: In a big mixing bowl add 1 cup of milk, instant vanilla pudding, and pumpkin spice, whisk until all well combined.
Step#2: Next, add the pumpkin puree, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and the other cup of milk. Keep whisking until all well combined.
Step#3: After the mixture is well combined, pass the mixture through a sieve to get the smoothest consistency. (optional)
Step #4: Transfer the mixture into small serving cups and refrigerate. It is important to refrigerate at least an hour because the pudding tastes better when chilled. The taste and texture of this dessert is enhanced after a few hours in the fridge.
When its time to serve just garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle some extra pumpkin spice or cinnamon. I even added some salted pumpkin seeds which complements the sweetness of the pudding!
