The first step is to preheat the oven to 425°F( 220°C). Then, rinse and clean the cavity of the turkey breast. If your turkey breast brings a thermometer already inserted, make sure to keep it intact. Next, using a paper towel, proceed to pat dry the turkey. This will ensure a crispy delicious turkey breast.

Seasoning Turkey Breast:

Mix the butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Roughly chop fresh thyme and rosemary, combine and set aside.

Next, place the turkey breast on a cutting board with the skin side up and, using your fingers, loosen and lift the turkey breast skin gently not to break it.

Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, and softly using a spoon, insert small amounts of the buttery herb combination creating small pockets of the mixture underneath the turkey breast skin.

Then using your hands, smooth those pockets distributing the mix all the inside. Spread some of the blends outside the turkey as well.

After 40-50 minutes have passed, proceed to add   ½ cup white wine and cook the turkey for an extra 15 minutes at a lower temperature of  350°F higher temperature.
