This fresh, flavorful and practical sauce is an excellent time-saver for when your cooking time is limited. This mixture of fire-roasted red pepper, parsley, cilantro, and a few simple spices is perfect to season meat, chicken, pork and even vegetables. This is my go-to when my day is hectic and the last thing my family wants to do when they are hungry is to wait and the best part I have total control of what goes into my meals. all fresh ingredients!

Jar of Chimichurri Sauce

It’s great as a marinating sauce for meats, excellent for giving some flavor and color to veggies, and more.

If you are looking for an easy way to infuse flavor into your meals this homemade seasoning is the one for you. My daughter Evelyn calls it “magical sauce” because she uses it in almost everything. she is a vegetarian and this gives vegetables so much flavor.  She makes her grains and vegetables with it. You can use this mixture as a Sofrito. This is a recipe I make every month It guarantees my meals will have lots of flavors.

Do not be intimidated by the jalapenos in this recipe. The amount I put in is just the right amount to give it just a kick of flavor. However, if spicy is not your thing, feel free to omit the Jalapenos or if you really love spicy foods put some extra jalapenos in.
