Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz ) can condensed milk
  • ยผ cup milk
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine the condensed milk, regular milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Pour the creamy mixture into your popsicles. If you don't have popsicles molds, small paper cups, and wooden sticks work just as well.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until they are completely frozen and can hold the sticks upright.
  • Enjoy immediately for a refreshing, chocolaty treat!

Notes

Tips:

  • To make these creamy popsicles I use whole milk. You can substitute for coconut milk. I recommend milk that has some fat to produce a creamy texture. However, any milk of your choice can be used. Just note that the texture will depend on the fat percentage in the milk.
  • I use cocoa powder which has a dark deep chocolate flavor. Dutch powder can be used to create a lighter chocolate flavor.ย
