HOW TO MAKE THIS AVOCADO-ROASTED TOMATILLO SALSA

The salsa is so simple to make. 

The first step is to husk, core, quarter the tomatillos,  lightly smash and peel the garlic cloves and stem, and halve a jalapeno pepper. 

Next, Preheat the oven to 425°. Toss the tomatillos, garlic, and jalapeño on a rimmed baking sheet with the oil and spread in a single layer. Roast the vegetables until lightly charred and softened, about 12 minutes.
