This light, tangy, and Creamy Greek Yogurt and Dill Dressing is one of those handy condiments that can be used for a wide variety of dishes. It works equally well as a dip or sauce, especially with Roasted Lamb or chicken. It comes together in just 5 minutes or less and makes an excellent salad dressing or dip for your vegetables. I also love to use it on wraps, Chicken Fajitas, and More!

 

Creamy Greek Yogurt and Dill Dressing

 This dressing has a hint of dill flavor that will help your senses perk up. To make this dressing I use a combination of simple ingredients like yogurt, sour cream, and a few fresh herbs. I would not recommend using fat-free yogurt in this recipe! This recipe contains no fat, thus it is essential to use full-fat Greek yogurt and sour cream. Additionally, the fat in the yogurt will counteract the acidity of the lemon juice. Feel free to add a few teaspoons of olive oil to make it richer and creamier.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup fresh spring onions
  • ¼ cup fresh dill
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup sour cream full-fat 
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt full-fat 
  • Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions

HOW TO MAKE CREAMY GREEK YOGURT DRESSING

  • Just toss the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. It's a simple recipe but worthy of making.

Notes

Once my dressing is done, I store it in an airtight mason jar in the fridge for easy access.
